Korean girl group, Girls’ Generation have released their third studio album, ‘The Boys’, after a one year absence from the Korean music scene.
The title track, also named ‘The Boys’, was produced by Teddy Riley, who formerly worked with Michael Jackson.
It has been released on iTunes globally, and will mark the Korean group’s debut in the US music market.
Together with the release comes their music videos, one with the Korean version of the song, and other in English, which were unveiled through their official YouTube account and which have garnered over 5 million views.
The nine girls hope to charm global audiences with their signature dance moves, long legs, and catchy beat – a winning strategy that had them crowned as one of Korea’s top girl groups.
Their previous hits include ‘Gee’ and ‘Tell me your wish (Genie)’.
